Hi! I’m Sharon. I work with high-achieving women whose bodies are quietly falling apart behind all that success.
I’m a health and wellness strategist, personal trainer, nutritionist, and former competitive bodybuilder.
But more than that, I’ve lived through what most people never see coming. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor, underwent a 16-hour surgery, and had to relearn how to trust my body again. I also live with scoliosis, Complex PTSD, and the lasting effects of a traumatic brain injury.
