I’m known as the Total Body Strategist. As someone who’s helped dozens of clients build stunning physiques, lose over 40 pounds, get stronger, and have healthier habits, I focus on creating successful results that last.
I’ve been through the kind of breakdown most people don’t talk about until it’s too late.
I’ve rebuilt from the ground up after life knocked me flat. I know what it’s like to feel like your body is working against you. And I know how to change that.

Private Coaching
We clarify what you want to change, look at what’s happening now, and decide what actually matters first. From there, we focus on real decisions as they come up, work through obstacles, and choose simple next steps that keep things moving without adding pressure. Session Summaries
At the end of each week, you receive a written summary with what we covered, what to focus on next, and what to pay attention to between sessions. This creates continuity and keeps progress grounded over time. When useful, summaries can include SOAP-style notes to share with your healthcare provider.
Personal Training
You receive a fitness training that fits your life, whether that’s in the gym, home, or outside. Training is adjusted as your energy, recovery, stress, injuries, travel, or schedule change, so movement stays supportive instead of becoming another thing to manage.
Nutrition Your Way
You receive a nutrition plan built around your goals, energy, digestion, and body response, not rigid rules. The focus stays on regular meals, stable energy, and changes you can repeat without overthinking.
Well-Being
We also look at sleep, stress, and recovery, because these directly affect how your body responds to training and food. Daily habits matter, not as a checklist, but as part of how your body maintains energy and adapts over time.

My background includes competitive bodybuilding in Bikini and Figure Divisions, which means I understand how to build muscle deliberately, safely, and with precision. That experience informs how I program training, but the work itself is focused on strength, function, and results that hold up outside the gym.
As a personal trainer and former winning bodybuilding competitor in Bikini and Figure Divisions, I understand what it takes to sculpt a body that truly reflects your effort. You don’t need to compete, but you’ll train like someone who could.
Training is gym-based and strength-focused, paired with strategic cardio, bodyweight high-intensity sessions, and metabolic reconditioning. This isn’t about burning calories; it’s about building a body that can support your life.
My lane is transformation. Every workout is designed with that in mind – visually, metabolically, and neurologically.
Let’s start off with what semi-private training is not. Semi-private training is not the same as group training. Group training typically involves larger groups following the same workout, no specificity. While semi-private training is limited to 2–3 clients and structured around shared goals. I determine members in your placement to ensure you are matched with others who have similar goals and training levels.
Those focused on fat loss and getting lean work well together, and those looking to build muscle train well together.
When goals are aligned, the training is more effective, and training alongside others helps with consistency and momentum.

If you’re on a medically required diet prescribed by your physician, we’ll work within those guidelines. And no – that doesn’t mean your meals have to be bland or boring.
I navigate my own fueling experience without taste or smell, so I understand how easy it is to lose enjoyment around food or fall into emotional eating. Together, we’ll make your meals supportive – both physically and emotionally.
Yes. I work with men and women using weight-loss injection medications such when weight loss is medically supported or personally chosen.
Training and nutrition are adjusted to account for reduced appetite, slower digestion, and changes in energy and recovery, with a strong emphasis on protecting muscle mass, strength, and long-term health.
This work is not about pushing weight loss faster. It’s about helping your body adapt safely so results are sustainable when medication changes or ends.
I do not prescribe medication and I work alongside, not instead of, your provider (whether prescribed through a medical provider or administered as part of an aesthetic practice.)

In-person sessions are held in Kaka’ako, Honolulu, Hawai’i.
Yes, online training is available and works especially well for those who are independent, disciplined, and comfortable training on their own.

Because appetite, energy, recovery, and training tolerance can change quickly during this phase, in-person sessions allow for better adjustments, safety, and results.
Use of FSA/HSA depends on whether a licensed healthcare provider determines that personal training or health coaching is medically necessary to treat or prevent a specific condition.
You’ll need a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor and approval from your plan administrator.
