What’s your biggest challenge with staying consistent?

We all have those moments when staying consistent with our health goals feels like an uphill battle.

Life doesn’t slow down just because you want to focus on your health. Between work, family, and the constant pressure to keep performing, it’s easy for your own well-being to fall to the bottom of the list.

One of the most common things I hear from women I coach is that their health goals aren’t the issue, the structure to support them is. They know what to do. But when energy drops, schedules shift, or motivation wavers, they don’t have a system that meets them where they actually are.

This isn’t about perfection or more discipline. It’s about capacity. It’s about having a strategy that works under pressure, not just in ideal conditions.
